A little bit about us… the past 10 months have been an adventure which wish everyone could experience

From diving for the first time and cycling 500 km across France,
to riding 1,600 km in a tuk-tuk through Sri Lanka
and hiking up Mount Rinjani at 3,700 m.
We spent 3 weeks in paradise at Raja Ampat,
took cooking classes in every country,
shared slow mornings with family,
and crossed paths with turtles, manta rays, dolphins, elephants — and so many more.

If, like us, you have an extra day in Labuan Bajo after exploring all the nearby islands and snorkeling spots, here’s how to spend the perfect day on land.

Start your morning with a trip to Cunca Wulang Waterfall — a refreshing adventure surrounded by lush jungle. Then head to Rangko Cave, where you can swim in crystal-clear turquoise water inside the limestone cavern.

Next, stop by Batu Cermin (Mirror Cave) to explore its fascinating rock formations and shimmering light reflections.

Finish the day with sunset views from Sylvia Hill (or relax with a drink on a scenic terrace overlooking the bay).

We rented a scooter for the day — a fun and budget-friendly option, since hiring a driver can be pretty pricey here.

🌊 Cunca Wulang Waterfall, Flores, Indonesia

Located about an hour’s drive from Labuan Bajo, Cunca Wulang Waterfall is one of the most beautiful natural spots in Flores. You can easily reach it by scooter — the ride offers scenic views and smooth roads most of the way, with only the last 2 km being unsealed. 🛵

At the entrance, there’s a fee, and a local guide will accompany you on a short 15-minute walk through the forest to the waterfall. The trail is easy and accessible for most visitors. 🌿

Once you arrive, you’ll find turquoise pools surrounded by towering cliffs — perfect for swimming or cliff jumping. You can choose between a 3-meter or 7-meter jump for an extra thrill! 💦

Along the way, the scenery transformed dramatically: from seaside promenades and rolling green pastures to dramatic cliffs and hidden coves. The Etretat cliffs, in particular, stole the show with their iconic arches and white chalk formations.
